Hill of Names Webinar Host Isaac Ochberg
All the Ochberg Orphans Howard Sackstein 1879 - 1938 You are invited to join our webinar as we celebrate the Centenary of the rescue of the Ukrainian Pogrom Orphans who have become known as the Ochberg Orphans. The Names of these orphans have been recorded for all to see on the ‘Hill on Names’ in the Isaac Ochberg Park in Megiddo, Due to the Corona pandemic, the 2021 Centenary Reunion will be celebrated on a LIVE WEBINAR hosted by the SA Jewish Report. During the webinar there will be messages from Israel’s State President, Reuven Rivlin, the Chairman of the Jewish Agency, Isaac Herzog as well as a few short addresses, including one by Megiddo Regional Mayor Itzik Kholavsky, which was pre recorded at the Isaac Ochberg Memorial Park in Megiddo.
